The team

Four therapists. One standard of care.

We're a small, deliberately-chosen team. Each of us brings deep training in a specific area — sex therapy, EMDR, trauma, relationships — and we're the first to refer within the team when another therapist is a better fit for the work you need.

Human sexuality, couples work, trauma recovery, and affirming care for individuals navigating relationships, identity, and life transitions.

Who I work with

Couples rebuilding trust or reconnecting intimately; individuals working through trauma, sexuality, or relationship patterns; people navigating ADHD, neurodivergence, or identity; and anyone who wants therapy that treats sex as a normal, healthy topic — not a taboo.

Anxiety, cultural identity, relationship challenges, and the weight of carrying trauma quietly. Relational and culturally responsive at heart.

Who I work with

Individuals and couples navigating anxiety, trauma, and the parts of cultural identity that rarely get named in therapy. Especially those who've felt like their background was something to translate around rather than be understood through. Also couples in ethical non-monogamy or alternative relationship structures who want therapy that doesn't make the structure the problem.

Trauma-informed therapy for women — especially Black women and BIPOC clients — healing from childhood sexual abuse, complex trauma, and what a lifetime of carrying other people's weight does to the nervous system.

Who I work with

Women healing from childhood sexual abuse and complex trauma — particularly Black women and BIPOC clients whose experiences get flattened or pathologized in less culturally-aware rooms. Also individuals whose anxiety, reactivity, or disconnection is rooted in what the nervous system is still holding, even if you can't always name it.

Telehealth + in-person in Walnut Creek

Trauma, anxiety, grief, and relational work — integrative and trauma-informed, with experience serving clients impacted by the justice system and optional Christian counseling for those who want faith to be part of the room.

Who I work with

Individuals, couples, and families working through trauma, anxiety, grief, or relational challenges. I have particular experience with clients impacted by the justice system — directly or through family members — where the therapy needs to hold both the systemic context and the personal one. Faith-integrated therapy available for clients who want it; equally welcoming if you don't.
